Shift: 5 x 8-hour Day Shifts | Monday–Friday
Schedule: 36–40 hours/week guaranteed
Travel: Home Health – Mileage reimbursement $0.70/mile
Guardian Angel Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home-based therapy services in Ventura, California. This position is a travel/home health assignment offering a consistent Monday–Friday, 8-hour day schedule with a guaranteed 36–40 hour workweek
. Mileage reimbursement of $0.70/mile is provided for travel between patient homes.
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and functional independence in a home setting.
- Active California PT license
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Experience in home health physical therapy is preferred
- Ability to work independently while managing a travel schedule is essential
