• Model reimbursement rates, analyze payer performance, and deliver financial insights that influence contract negotiations
• Provide analytic support during payer negotiations, including proposals and counter-proposals
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and modeling, validating incoming rate changes from payers
• Serve as a key advisor to leadership, offering data-driven recommendations for payer strategy and financial planning
• Utilize advanced analytical skills and knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of data analysis experience
• 3-5 years of SQL experience
• 3-5 years of managed care experience
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience

• Experience with EPIC Certifications, particularly in Resolute Hospital Billing and Professional Billing
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field
