• Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to achieve sales and customer service objectives for Cardiac Ablation Solutions
• Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on technical matters related to AFS products and procedures
• Update sales representatives on procedures and notify the Account Manager of any issues requiring follow-up
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand and exceed national, regional, and territory sales objectives

• High School diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and interact with personal computers

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a related technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP lab providing technical/clinical support
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Completion of a pacing school or ATI-like training program
• Preference for local qualified candidates with prior experience at the employer
