• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiological mapping and navigation systems
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products and procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of medical technology products and related procedures
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
• Serve as a regional champion for mapping technology, influencing proficiency among peers

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to work within assigned territory and meet unscheduled needs

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular science, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record in technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
