• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiological mapping and navigation systems
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and CAS products
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to move freely throughout the facility and interact with personal computers

• B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
