Our approach is to support you, the clinician, so you can focus on patients. We invest in growth, provide financial, holistic, and professional support, and maintain flexibility regarding personal needs and goals. Why choose us? We offer opportunities beyond private practice including collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, flexible schedules (part-time or full-time), and a range of outpatient care options. Telehealth or onsite options are available.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, implement, and adjust treatment plans, and document per company policy.
- Provide high‑quality care and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs.
- Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
- For Full-Time status, maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
- Coordinate services with other providers, families, schools, and Opti Mind Health staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Qualifications and Skills for This Position:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with clients with diverse concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check showing safe care.
- Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Additionally Valuable (but not essential)
