• Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to assist in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives
• Represent the employer during ablation procedures, providing troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to AFS products and procedures
• Update sales representatives on procedures and notify Account Manager of issues requiring follow-up
• Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's products and services

• High School diploma or GED PLUS a minimum of 11 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field, OR
• Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 9 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field, OR
• Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 7 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field
• IBHRE or RCIS or RCES Certification required
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%

• Preference for local qualified candidates and those with prior experience at the employer
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Completion of pacing school/ATI-like training program
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field providing technical or clinical support
