Join Oaklin Lane as General Manager of Home Health Pediatric Therapy and lead the launch of our home-based services division. Oaklin Lane is a pediatric therapy organization focused on expanding access to high-quality speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We are building a home health program designed around regulatory excellence, family-centered care, and sustainable growth.
This role is a strategic leadership position with full operational and financial accountability. As General Manager, you will build and scale our home health division—establishing compliance infrastructure, recruiting and leading clinical teams, securing payer contracts, and driving revenue growth. This is an entrepreneurial role within an established organization for someone who thrives on building systems, leading through influence, and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities- Own full P&L performance for the home health division, including revenue growth, margins, and cost control
- Lead regulatory setup and compliance, including Texas licensing, Medicaid enrollment, payer contracts, and QA systems
- Design and implement the operating model, including staffing structure, compensation models, and productivity expectations
- Recruit, hire, and oversee clinical leadership and field clinicians (ST, OT, PT, ABA as applicable)
- Establish billing, documentation, and intake processes to ensure clean claims and strong cash flow
- Build and execute referral and territory growth strategy to drive census from zero to breakeven
- Develop performance dashboards and reporting systems for leadership visibility
- Create scalable systems to support multi-region expansion
- Proven experience launching or scaling a home health agency, preferably in pediatric services
- Deep knowledge of Texas home health regulations, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
- Experience building clinical teams, including recruiting, compensation design, and productivity management
- Operational systems thinker, able to design workflows for intake, scheduling, billing, and compliance
- Revenue cycle understanding, including documentation standards, authorizations, and claims management
- Growth and referral development experience, especially physician and community partnerships
- Leadership presence and accountability, with the ability to set clear expectations and drive performance
- Data-driven decision maker, comfortable building dashboards and KPIs from scratch

Texas: GM of HH Salary Range
$90,000—$110,000 USD
