- Ensures clinical personnel within the region follow all policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with Market Operations Directors, Implementation Teams, Clinical Education, Quality, and Regulatory departments to support required training, skills development, and process improvement initiatives for clinicians across the region.
- Ensures employee competency through the development, retention, and performance management of the clinical team. Leads the interviewing, hiring, and evaluation process of clinical personnel within the region.
- Manages the clinical team with direct management of RN Care Managers (RNCMs) and general oversight of the performance of the greater market team.
- Accountable for managing and supporting clinical team daily productivity and removing barriers to ensure expectations are met.
- Fosters positive culture and collaboration in the market to drive an excellent patient experience through an interdisciplinary team approach.
- Collaborates with Nurse Practitioner and Care Coordinator peopleleaders in the market to set priorities.
- Partners with Regional Medical Director to execute on initiatives to impact total cost of care and ensure clinical interventions and campaigns are successful (e.g., optimal starts, CHF, diabetes) in managing patient populations with comorbidities.
- Monitors clinical quality metrics and patient care delivery daily. Analyzes reports to identify operational issues or trends, or progress in meeting performance measures, and creates and deploys action plans to drive success.
- Implements strategies related to total cost of care, medical economics, and quality initiatives.
- Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Business, or related field.
- Active licensure as a RN, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or other clinically related licensure.
- 7+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
- Internet Connectivity – Min Speeds: 3.8 Mbps down / 3.0 Mbps up;
Latency < 60 ms. - Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.
- Experience managing remote teams effectively.
- Understanding of and experience in Value Based Care.
- Experience in chronic kidney and/or end-stage renal disease.
- Experience hiring and interviewing.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the company and competitive environment.
- Financial acumen: ability to budget and forecast.
- Results-oriented: uses data to assess and measure performance.

- Able to effectively coach and motivate team members.
- Delivers feedback to management metrics.
- Understands how/when to escalate issues to People Operations.

Annual Base Salary Range: $108,500 - $136,000
