- Lead electronic health record (EHR) integration initiatives with health systems and industry partners
- Manage EHR implementation projects and ensure successful technical integration for customers
- Provide customer relationship management and pre-sale connectivity support to drive business growth
- Develop analytics and performance dashboards to inform EHR strategy and improve account health
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for Freenome’s software solutions beyond EHR
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in EHR program management, healthcare IT, or interoperability solutions
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of hospital, health system, and primary clinical care information systems
- Experience working with Redox and managing stakeholders in a complex environment
- Epic Certification
- Experience in project management and process leadership
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with laws and regulations regarding electronic health records
- Proficiency in creating presentations and conducting business reviews for stakeholders
