Swing Shift

Job Type: Full-Time (Weekend Hours Required)
Organization: The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP)
CHCP is looking for an energetic and goal-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will contact prospective students and set appointments for Admissions Advisors. Success in this position is measured by the number of calls made and appointments set.
You’ll play a key role in helping students start their educational journey while representing CHCP with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound and take inbound calls to schedule appointments with potential students
- Use scripts to handle objections and confirm appointments
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
- Follow all procedures and maintain accurate records
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 months of related experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods
