A community-based services provider in Pocatello, Idaho, is seeking a Case Manager (CM) and Community Based Rehabilitative Specialist (CBRS). The selected candidate will provide case management services to individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include developing personalized service plans and coordinating access to community resources. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess strong assessment and communication skills.

Competitive hourly compensation of $18.00 - $25.00 will be offered.
