Little Lumens Preschool is Arc Light BHC’s innovative early childhood initiative designed to expand access to high-quality behavioral support beyond traditional autism-only service models
. Through an inclusive preschool framework, Little Lumens integrates ABA principles into naturalistic, play-based learning environments. Little Lumens represents a forward-thinking shift in ABA service delivery

The BCBA at Arc Light BHC provides high-quality clinical oversight, assessment, and supervision within a small caseload model
. This role offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and opportunities for leadership, research, and professional growth.

• Full-time, salaried position with stability and predictable compensation
• Small caseloads designed to support thoughtful, individualized clinical work
• Flexible scheduling across in-home and school-based environments
• Hybrid opportunities, including telehealth and remote work for appropriate services
• Assistance from BCBA supervisee candidates, supporting supervision, data review, and clinical activities
• High staff-to-student ratios within an extra behavior-supportive environment
• Collaborative work alongside experienced preschool and special education teachers who share common goals
• Robust clinical support from seasoned BCBAs
• Opportunities for growth and leadership within a rapidly expanding organization
• Opportunity to participate in ABA research, program development, and innovation initiatives

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCBA supervisee candidates
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members
• Support implementation of behavior-supportive classroom and home environments
• Monitor data, treatment fidelity, and client progress
• Contribute to program development, research initiatives, and quality improvement efforts

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Licensed or license-eligible in Connecticut
• Experience in early childhood, school-based, or in-home ABA preferred
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
• Interest in compassionate, trauma-informed, and research-driven practice
