Associate Analyst, Provider Configuration; Remote PST times

• Analyze and validate provider information received from external parties for entry into internal systems
• Maintain accurate records of provider demographic data, including affiliations and contract assignments
• Audit loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy, providing documented feedback as necessary
• Ensure accurate loading of provider information to facilitate proper claims processing and reporting
• Collaborate with team members to meet internal deadlines and quality standards

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer/provider services setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong critical‑thinking skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects
• Proven customer service experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, and other relevant software programs

• Experience in healthcare analytics or provider configuration roles
