• Develop and implement strategies to engage members and families navigating complex behavioral health and social needs
• Serve as a liaison and advocate for members and families, ensuring their perspectives inform organizational planning and service delivery
• Provide leadership and support to various advisory committees, ensuring compliance with state requirements
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with county and state officials, community organizations, and advocacy groups
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal leadership and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in complex community systems and facilitating diverse stakeholder meetings
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must reside within North Carolina
• Must be able to travel within the catchment area as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Master’s degree
• Experience supervising two (2) or more employees
