Location: Morocco

Medical Advisor Oncology/Hematology

You will provide medical leadership in oncology across Morocco. You will build trusted scientific relationships with oncology specialists and healthcare teams. You will translate clinical insights into actions that shape medical strategy, support clinical research, and improve patient care. We value clear communicators, curiosity, empathy and teamwork. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with oncologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Respond to non-promotional medical information requests with clear, balanced and evidence‑based answers.
  • Capture and share clinical insights from the field to inform medical strategy and research priorities.
  • Support clinical development and investigator engagement, including identification and qualification of potential sites.
  • Represent the medical team at scientific meetings, conferences and local professional events.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure medical, clinical and commercial activities are aligned around patient needs.
Why You? Basic Qualification
  • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field (MD, PhD, Pharm

    D, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical affairs, clinical practice, clinical research or a related role.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex clinical data clearly, in writing and orally.
  • Fluent in French and Arabic, with good English for scientific communication.
  • Eligibility to work in Morocco and willingness to travel across the country.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory and build trusted professional relationships.
Preferred Qualification
  • Prior experience in oncology medical affairs or hematology‑oncology clinical practice.
  • Experience supporting clinical trials, real‑world evidence or investigator‑initiated studies.
  • Established network of oncology specialists and clinical sites in Morocco or North Africa.
  • Familiarity with local healthcare system pathways, hospital practice and access processes.
  • Experience running medical education, advisory boards or expert engagement activities.
  • Understanding of medical compliance standards for the exchange of scientific information.
Working Model
  • This role is field‑based and hybrid. You will split time between remote work, the office and in‑person visits.
  • Regular travel across Morocco will be required.
  • You must be based in Morocco.
