• Develop and execute global market access strategies for molecular diagnostic solutions
• Partner with regional teams to secure reimbursement and access in key markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support value proposition and evidence generation
• Monitor global policy trends and payer expectations related to molecular diagnostics
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including payers and advocacy groups

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (GC, MBA, MPH, PhD, or related) preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 7 years in management roles related to market access and health economics
• Proven experience in cost-effectiveness analyses and economic evaluations for payer negotiations
  
  Strong understanding of reimbursement systems and health technology assessment processes
• Experience with molecular diagnostics and next-generation sequencing (NGS)

• Experience in diagnostics, biopharma, or payer settings with a focus on market access strategies
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and consultants
• Passion for improving lives through access to genomic technologies
