• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems and all related products
• Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and navigation
• Promote the safe and effective use of employer products and related procedures
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities
• Serve as a regional champion to enhance proficiency in mapping technology among team members

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within the assigned territory
• Ability to travel up to 25% for work-related duties

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or as a clinical support specialist in a hospital/clinic setting
