Training Specialist - Remote

• Assist with the maintenance of course curriculum for all RCM functions, including Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Customer Service
• Collaborate with the Education & Development Manager to ensure the effectiveness of training courses
• Conduct training sessions and participate in company training programs
• Complete administrative tasks related to scheduling and maintaining training documentation
• Work with leadership to address specific training needs and assist in implementing new systems or processes

• Minimum of 1-3 years of individual and team training experience or relevant healthcare industry experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams or similar programs
• Strong communication skills to maintain the integrity of sensitive training information
• Leadership skills to effectively direct trainees and evaluate comprehension
• Ability to adapt to constant changes in the training area and implement new developments

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with professional physician practices
• Familiarity with Athena

• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for physician practices
• Initiative, motivation, and creativity in training environments
• Willingness to travel as needed for training purposes
