Occupational Therapist (OT)

Summit Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapists to provide in‑home services to individuals supported through New Jersey DDD. This role is ideal for OTs who value autonomy, creativity, and meaningful functional outcomes.
