• Monitor and analyze regulations/standards related to compliance for Ever Health's electronic health record and management solutions
• Educate stakeholders on compliance and certification-related business changes
• Proactively identify and communicate risks or regulatory changes to the Head of Compliance
• Develop, update, and implement security policies and procedures in alignment with regulations
• Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, healthcare information management, or a related field required; master s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare compliance, management, or operations
• Experience with HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, NIST, SOC 2 frameworks
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to assist where necessary
• Relevant healthcare compliance certifications (CHC, CHPC, CHC-F) are a plus

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Additional certifications in healthcare compliance
• Proven experience in managing compliance audits and assessments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with security incident management and investigation processes
