- Support global market access strategies for molecular diagnostic solutions, including partnerships and internal development processes
- Collaborate with regional teams to secure reimbursement and access in key markets, addressing payer requirements and Health Technology Assessment processes
- Develop and communicate clinical and economic value propositions through evidence generation studies and payer engagement
- Aid in the development of global value dossiers, reimbursement toolkits, and payer engagement materials
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including payers, HTA bodies, advocacy groups, and policymakers
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (GC, MBA, MPH, PhD, or related) preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 7 years in management within clinical settings, market access, reimbursement, or health economics, focusing on molecular diagnostics
- Proven experience in designing cost‑effectiveness analyses and budget impact models for payer negotiations and HTA requirements
- Strong understanding of reimbursement systems, HTA processes, and payer decision‑making across major markets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with molecular diagnostics, next‑generation sequencing (NGS), and precision medicine applications
- Proven success in market access strategies and partnerships in diagnostics or biopharma sectors
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and consultants
