• Support global market access strategies for molecular diagnostic solutions, including partnerships and internal development processes
• Collaborate with regional teams to secure reimbursement and access in key markets, addressing payer requirements and Health Technology Assessment processes
• Develop and communicate clinical and economic value propositions through evidence generation studies and payer engagement
• Aid in the development of global value dossiers, reimbursement toolkits, and payer engagement materials
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including payers, HTA bodies, advocacy groups, and policymakers

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (GC, MBA, MPH, PhD, or related) preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 7 years in management within clinical settings, market access, reimbursement, or health economics, focusing on molecular diagnostics
• Proven experience in designing cost‑effectiveness analyses and budget impact models for payer negotiations and HTA requirements
• Strong understanding of reimbursement systems, HTA processes, and payer decision‑making across major markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with molecular diagnostics, next‑generation sequencing (NGS), and precision medicine applications
• Proven success in market access strategies and partnerships in diagnostics or biopharma sectors
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and consultants
