• Serve as the primary contact for patients, families, and providers
• Schedule and coordinate medical appointments and manage patient documentation
• Process urgent care calls and handle communications via multiple channels

• High School Diploma; some college preferred
• Basic understanding of primary care operations
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Reliable internet and HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment

• Experience in a healthcare setting or familiarity with healthcare technology platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Previous experience in patient care management or coordination
