• Serve as the primary contact for patients, families, and providers
• Schedule and coordinate medical appointments effectively
• Manage patient documentation and update EMR systems
• Process urgent care calls and handle STAT tasks
• Facilitate new patient onboarding and coordinate with community partners

• High School Diploma (some college preferred)
• Basic understanding of Primary Care Operations
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Reliable internet and HIPAA‑compliant workspace
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment

• Experience in a healthcare setting or similar role
• Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Willingness to work on‑call overnights and weekends
