- Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or related fields (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Experience engaging families and providing in-home services
- Prior ABA experience is required
As a BCBA, your role will include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and supervising Behavior Technicians. Your primary focus will be delivering effective ABA therapy, supporting families, and providing informed, data-driven recommendations.
