- Colorado: Home based in the Boulder region, Colorado Springs region, and the Greater Denver region;
Clinic based in Centennial, CO - Georgia: Home based in and around the greater Atlanta region;
Clinic based in Atlanta, Cartersville, Cumming, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, and Stockbridge - Illinois: Home based in Chicagoland;
Clinic based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights - Massachusetts: Home based throughout the Massachusetts region, excluding Western Mass and the Cape;
Center based in Southborough, MA - North Carolina: Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh and the triangle area, Winston-Salem; NC Center based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh and Winston-Salem

Hours:
Create your own schedule as a Home-based BCBA, with no weekends required and work-from-home days;
Center-based BCBAs enjoy no nights or weekends and work-from-home days - Minimized Drive Times: Client matching based on location to limit travel and maximize care

Requirements:
- Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Obtaining and maintaining Safety Care Specialist status
- Reliable means of transportation
- Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
Job
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and writing progress reports
- Developing and monitoring individualized treatment and behavior support plans
- Supervising and training Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
- Providing support to families in managing behaviors and teaching new skills through ABA principles
- Conducting functional assessments and analyzing program effectiveness
