Client Liaison II

The primary responsibilities for this role include conducting daily outbound reminder calls to scheduled clients, initiating outbound calls to schedule or reschedule appointments, and providing support through consistent correspondence with both patients and team members via phone, email, and instant messaging. This role ensures a smooth scheduling process and contributes to a positive client experience through timely and professional communication.

An ideal candidate would be available between the hours of 7:45am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and must be available to work from a office location. This position may be eligible for remote work.

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with computerized scheduling and billing system
• At least one year experience as a medical receptionist in medical office, hospital or other health-related facility
• Experience with multi-line phone system or switchboard
