• Provide real‑time procedural assistance and technical expertise for Surgical Centers of Therapy (COTs)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on‑site procedures
• Perform equipment upgrades and conduct fleet audits to ensure optimal product performance
• Lead training sessions for physicians and surgical staff on product applications
• Assist with product trials and implementation initiatives to support sales efforts

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Field‑based role requiring approximately 25% travel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• 1+ year of clinical experience in the operating room (OR)
• Experience in B2B sales
• Relevant clinical or hospital experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and MS Teams
• Demonstrated drive for results and ability to present complex product demonstrations
