Location: City of Rochester
Remote Senior Program/Director, Computer System Validation (GXP & CXR lab settings)
Strong workflow and documentation background at the Program Management levels, lean skillset, and proven Validation and Change Management experience are required.
Key qualifications:
- Proven consulting Program Director/Management experience within Computer System Validation.
- Expert level Director/Program Management experience within CSV GXP/CXR settings or adjacent environments.
- Global experience ideal for this FTE Director opening.
- Strong Lean skillset with passion to deliver project scopes.
- Proven Validation and Change Management experience.
Benefits & logistics:
- Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year.
- Contract to hire or straight FTE offer.
- Remote contract (prefer NE, open to central candidates needing site visits in NE and Europe on occasion).
- Remote role with important onsite meetings in the NE as needed.
