Talent World Group  is a people-first multilingual contact center redefining remote work globally. We are currently hiring licensed Pharmacy Technicians to support a leading healthcare client in the United States.

This fully remote role involves managing pharmacy orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.

• Manage pharmacy orders via phone, fax, or web
• Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and shipment issues
• Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
• Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare providers

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (must be obtained before training)
• Active PTCB or ExCPT certification (required before interview)
• Must reside in FL, IN, IL, or WI
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Stable broadband internet connection, LAN preferred
• Processor 1.8 GHz or higher, 64-bit preferred
• Screen resolution 1920 x 1080 recommended
• Windows 11 or later or MacOS 13 or later

Monday to Friday

Operation window 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Most shifts between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Minimum 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours

Duration: 5-8 weeks

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

18 USD per hour during training

20 USD per hour in production

This is a fully remote, long-term project-based opportunity with performance incentives and growth potential. Candidates must meet all licensing requirements prior to training.
