• Reinforce organizational behaviors through consistent coaching and modeling during system use.
• Provide virtual support for practices during the rollout, activation, and ongoing adoption of the healthcare system.
• Collaborate with trainers to deliver guidance, answer questions, and ensure clarity for practice teams.
• Track support sessions, questions, and follow-up items to ensure timely resolution.
• Review practice performance indicators related to system adoption and contribute recommendations for improvement.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an optical, optometry, or healthcare practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a virtual setting.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred, including roles such as practice manager or trainer.

• Experience supporting the adoption of new systems, workflows, or team development.
• Comfort with facilitating virtual sessions and coaching individuals and groups.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and support teams in dynamic environments.
