Medical Group Home Staffing Coordinator

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring consistent and compliant staffing coverage across 11 nursing group homes. This role functions within a shared coverage model alongside a second coordinator, providing extended availability while maintaining a standard full-time workload. This is a full-time, salaried hybrid position (40 hours per week) with an annual salary of $45,760 or $22 an hour
. While not shift-based or time-tracked, the role requires responsiveness during assigned coverage periods to address urgent call-outs and staffing needs. The position offers a mix of in-office and remote work (1 day in office a week). The training for this position is a week long and will be in person at our corporate office in Mesa.

• Manage daily staffing operations, including call-outs and urgent coverage gaps with company phone/laptop
• Coordinate and confirm staffing assignments to maintain operational continuity
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff, managers, and leadership
• Ensure schedules align with approved staffing plans and compliance requirements

• Prior healthcare staffing experience or staffing coordination for a large organization required
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
