• Shape and lead the transformation of the Patient Innovation Lab into an enterprise-wide Innovation Center of Excellence
• Design, govern, and deliver Patient Services-related training for colleagues and field teams
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Innovation Lab, including vendor collaboration and project management
• Serve as a strategic liaison between Patient Services experts and the Learning and Development team
• Hold key operational vendor partners accountable for delivering operational excellence

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, Pharm
  
  D, PhD) strongly preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, consulting, or healthcare services
• Proven cross-functional leadership, project management, and collaboration skills
• Outstanding customer relationship, communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

• Recent deep experience in training or innovation within the industry
• Experience leading initiatives with enterprise or cross-functional impact
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical specialty products
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively work with diverse audiences and influence cross-functionally
