Physician Assistant Affiliation Consultant (Colorado Medicaid Organizational Affiliation Role)

Arcadia Psychotherapy is a growing behavioral health organization expanding services in Colorado and seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Colorado to serve in a limited consulting affiliation role supporting organizational Medicaid enrollment and compliance requirements.

This is a low-time-commitment advisory position designed for an experienced clinician interested in contributing to interdisciplinary behavioral health systems without direct patient care responsibilities.

The Physician Assistant will provide organizational affiliation and clinical consultation in support of Colorado Medicaid provider structure requirements. The position does not involve managing a clinical caseload or providing ongoing patient treatment.

• Serve as affiliated medical consultant for Medicaid organizational requirements.
• Provide limited clinical consultation availability as needed.
• Participate in occasional policy or protocol review.
• Attend brief periodic check-in meetings (monthly or quarterly).
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration as requested.

• Approximately 1 to 3 hours per quarter.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Remote participation.

• Fixed monthly consulting retainer (commensurate with experience).

• Active Colorado Physician Assistant license (PA-C).
• Good standing with licensing board.
• Experience in clinical practice; behavioral health or primary care experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in interdisciplinary care models.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems or Medicaid environments is helpful.
