ABA Registered Behavioral Technician

Position Details

We are hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for full‑time in‑home positions in Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem, and surrounding areas.

Hours:

32‑40 hours per week. Shift window 8:00 AM‑6:00 PM. Travel up to 30‑40 min each way may be necessary; a travel stipend will be provided.

Salary: $23.00‑$31.00 per hour (annual range $34,800.00‑$50,000). $1,500.00 sign‑on bonus available.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy for children with autism aged 2‑15 years.
• Work in client homes and/or schools, integrating therapy into the child's daily life.
• Teach skill acquisition through play and natural environment teaching methods.
• Follow the child's lead, avoiding discrete trial programs.
• Support the BCBA and collaborate with a small group of professionals to deliver quality services.
• Maintain a 32‑40 direct service hour workload per week.

• Active RBT certification.
• Background check clearance.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Experience working with children with special needs and a solid understanding of ABA principles.
• Preferable experience with Verbal Behavior strategies.
• Physical capability to play with and lift young children.
• Knowledge of natural environment teaching and functional communication teaching.
