Role DescriptionThis is a empolyee-based hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in St. Paul, MN, with occasional opportunities for remote work. The BCBA will develop and implement behavior analysis services for clients, including conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing one-on-one behavior therapy. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, progress monitoring, and collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of quality care.
The role also involves providing supervision and training for behavior technicians as needed.
- Experience in conducting individualized behavioral assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing behavior intervention strategies
- Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting behavioral data to monitor client progress effectively
- Strong ability to provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity to treatment plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an active license in the state of Minnesota
- Familiarity with culturally competent practices and a client-focused approach
- Experience with community or outpatient mental health services is preferred but not required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant documentation systems and ability to maintain accurate records
