Position: Sr Specialist, Provider Engagement (Remote in FL)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement Provider Engagement plans for Tier 2 & Tier 3 providers to meet quality and risk adjustment performance goals
  • Facilitate coaching and collaboration with providers to enhance quality performance and risk adjustment accuracy
  • Address challenges in the practice environment that may hinder program goal attainment and identify necessary solutions
  • Track engagement and training activities using standard tools to measure effectiveness across health plans
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and support Provider Engagement Specialists with training and problem resolution
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in provider engagement, practice transformation, or managed care quality improvement
  • Knowledge of various managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies, including fee-for-service and value-based care
  • Strong working knowledge of quality metrics and risk adjustment practices
  • Demonstrated data analytic skills and operational knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in improving provider quality performance through provider engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership skills in a healthcare setting
  • Effective communication skills with healthcare professionals at various levels
