We are seeking a part time (20 Hours per week) psychiatric Provider for a DMH run 10 bed Residential Community Crisis Stabilization Program.
The program is a transitional therapeutic program for adults as a hospital diversion or those stepping down from an inpatient setting
Practitioners provide extensive support for individuals’ daily living skills, psychosocial rehabilitation, medication management, and support services focusing primarily on successfully transitioning individuals to there next step of the recovery process.
The Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric services through patient evaluation, diagnosis and treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team
