This is a contract role for a Spanish Licensed Mental Health Counselor. The counselor will provide therapy and counseling services to Spanish-speaking clients, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, conducting assessments, and supporting clients through various challenges, including relationship issues and mental health concerns. This hybrid role is based out of Lombard, IL, with opportunities for remote work.

• Expertise in Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Professional understanding of Mental Health and Psychology
• Experience in Relationship Counseling
• Fluency in Spanish and English to provide bilingual counseling services
• Current and valid mental health counseling license for the state of Illinois
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally competent care
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
