Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a part-time hybrid position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Murray, KY. The role involves providing Positive Behavior Support services to participants and collaborating with other professionals to ensure person-centered, evidence-based care. Additional responsibilities include completing Functional Assessments, developing Positive Behavior Support Plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and staff and parent training. While on-site work is required, there is also flexibility to work from home for certain tasks.

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or other behavioral health science required.
• Strong ethics and professional boundaries are a MUST.
• Proficiency in treatment planning and maintaining detailed records required.
• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Current and valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst required.
• Experience working in Positive Behavior Support Services preferred.
