• Analyze and interpret data to determine appropriate configuration changes
• Manage coding, updating, and maintaining benefit plans and provider contracts
• Research and resolve claim/encounter issues and update systems as necessary
• Participate in the implementation and conversion of new and existing health plans
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members

• At least 3 years of configuration information management experience in a healthcare operations setting
• Advanced experience using a claims processing system
• Advanced experience validating and confirming information related to provider contracting and benefits
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
• High attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
