** Accreditation and Regulatory, Risk Management, Performance Improvement and Patient Safety
** is responsible for developing and implementing processes to support ongoing compliance with Accreditation/regulatory agencies and standards at the local hospital. Key responsibilities for local hospital Accreditation support include Coordination of survey activities at the local hospital, sharing knowledge of processes to meet compliance with identified accreditation/regulatory standards, researching and obtaining interpretation of standards compliance requirements, and assisting with the development of processes to support ongoing survey readiness.

Lead Auditor and ISO oversight responsibilities for accreditation services.
