Possibilities ABA & Possibilities Counseling is a collaborative, neurodiversity specialty practice serving children, adolescents, young adults, and their families in Southern Utah. We specialize in high quality psychological evaluations and evidence based treatment for ASD, ADHD, OCD, and related developmental or behavioral concerns. Our team includes psychologists, BCBAs, and mental health therapists working together to provide comprehensive, compassionate care.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Postdoctoral Psychologist for a full time, 12 month training program focused on psychological assessment and evidence based treatment for neurodiverse individuals. This position offers rich clinical experience, paid specialty training, and strong supervision to prepare you for independent licensure.
What You’ll Do- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations that include specialty testing for ASD, ADHD, OCD, and other mental health, developmental, and behavioral concerns
- Provide evidence based therapy mainly to neurodiverse children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. This includes specialty treatment for OCD (ERP), ADHD, and PCIT.
- Co lead or lead social skills groups (PEERS) and other groups as needed
- Collaborate with BCBAs to support ABA treatment planning, especially in complex cases where counseling services are also provided
- Participate in weekly supervision and monthly didactic trainings
- Work with clients primarily ages 2 to 25, with some flexibility
- Weekly in person supervision with a staff psychologist, and ongoing support as needed
- Individualized training plan, based on your past experience and current training needs
- Monthly didactic seminars on specialty topics, based on training needs
- Paid training in:
- Advanced psychological assessment techniques
- ASD specific assessment (including but not limited to the ADOS2)
- Comprehensive psycho educational assessment
- ERP
- PCIT
- PEERS
- You will gain increasing autonomy as your skills develop, with structured feedback and support throughout the year.
- $60,000/year, with potential increase upon independent licensure

This role supports our Saint George, Cedar City, and La Verkin, UT locations and offers remote work flexibility. The weekly schedule is 2 days in St. George, 1 day in Hurricane, 1 day in Cedar, with potential remote flexibility the remaining 2 days.
Start Date- Available to begin a 12 month contract immediately, with an ideal start on or before May 2026 and a required start no later than June 30th.
- Doctorate in Counseling, Clinical, or School Psychology (PhD or PsyD)
- Eligible for Psychology Resident status in Utah
- Strong interest in neurodiversity focused assessment and treatment
- Experience with children, adolescents, and young adults
