• Extract and analyze data from analytics platforms to identify trends and synthesize information
• Build data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports for client consumption
• Perform data mapping, standardization, validation, and quality assurance to maintain data integrity
• Coordinate with functional and technical resources to implement new technologies and processes
• Identify actionable strategies to enhance customer relationships and trust in data insights

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Care Informatics, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related field
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, preferably in Revenue Cycle
• Proven analytical skills with large data sets and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders
• Experience with comprehensive healthcare data sets and recent consulting or analytics experience

• Experience with advanced data analysis/visualization tools such as Tableau, Quick Sight, or Power BI
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated experience in issue resolution and problem-solving in a team-based environment
