As an Arrhythmia  you’ll continue using advanced rhythm recognition and clinical decision-making skills while transitioning into a technology-enabled diagnostic role that directly supports physicians and improves patient outcomes at scale.

The Arrhythmia  Zio AT Services by delivering accurate ECG analysis and high-quality cardiac diagnostic reports. This role blends independent clinical judgment, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and collaboration with medical professionals in a fast-paced clinical operations environment.

This is a hybrid position with weekly in-office attendance and remote work. Candidates must live within 70 miles of the Deerfield, IL office (unless otherwise designated as hybrid).

As a Paramedic, you already:

• Rapidly assess cardiac rhythms under pressure
• Make high-stakes clinical decisions independently
• Communicate critical findings clearly to physicians
• Maintain precision and focus in time-sensitive environments

• Review ECG rhythm strips and algorithm findings for accuracy and completeness using iRhythm tools
• Perform quality assurance on cardiac reports provided to physicians
• Identify and elevate clinically significant or critical rhythm findings
• Communicate findings clearly to medical professionals when needed
• Support patient follow-up for additional cardiac data collection
• Continuously develop advanced rhythm interpretation skills
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and clinical quality standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active Paramedic (EMT-P) certification (accepted in lieu of CCT per company policy)
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience

• Experience in emergency medicine, critical care transport, or cardiac monitoring
• Strong background in ECG interpretation and rhythm recognition
• Interest in cardiac diagnostics and technology-enabled care

• Intermediate to advanced cardiac rhythm interpretation
• High attention to detail and clinical accuracy
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
• Strong communication skills with physicians and clinical teams
• Comfort using clinical software and monitoring systems
• Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous learning
