This is a part-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Schererville, IN, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The role involves designing and implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, conducting behavioral assessments, and developing comprehensive behavior intervention plans. Additional responsibilities include providing training and guidance to caregivers, overseeing and evaluating the implementation of programs by behavior technicians, and monitoring progress through data analysis to achieve meaningful client outcomes.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Skills in Parent Education and the ability to provide effective caregiver training
- Expertise in Psychology and Behavior Management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with a current license
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive treatment plans is a plus
