This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Dean of Clinical Education, based in Moreno Valley, CA, with some remote work flexibility. The Associate Dean will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical education programs to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students. Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty and clinical partners, managing accreditation processes, and maintaining compliance with academic standards.

The individual will serve as a liaison between the university and clinical partners to enhance partnerships and foster student success in clinical settings.

• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills to guide clinical education programs
• Experience in academic program administration and accreditation processes
• Knowledge of clinical education frameworks and health professions education curriculum
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes and program management
• Doctoral degree in a health sciences or related field is required
• Proven track record of fostering partnerships with clinical institutions
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education and healthcare
