Adult Mental Health Therapist
St. Louis Park - Hybrid Option
The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health Department is comprised of a large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians who provide comprehensive mental health services to patients in Minnesota. We are seeking an Adult Therapist for our outpatient practice in Saint Louis Park, MN.
Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose and treat adults (18 and older). The patient population presents with a broad range of concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, work/school issues, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma and chemical use/misuse.
- Provide evidence-based care to adults through appropriate treatment modalities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate care and ensure high-quality, comprehensive patient care.
- Be independently licensed, or license eligible, in MN as a Master’s level Therapist (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) or Doctoral Level Psychologist (LP) PsyD or PhD.
- Have experience with adults and a strong background in assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain a strong commitment to ethical practices.
- Demonstrate professional relationship-building skills essential for partnerships with behavioral health and primary care colleagues to provide high-quality, comprehensive care.
