Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Company Overview

We’re hiring a BCBA Floater to support our Northern Virginia centers, with the flexibility to be full‑time or part‑time, whatever fits your life right now.

Do you love the energy of a busy center but don’t want every day to feel exactly the same?

As a Floater BCBA, you’ll provide temporary support across several Little Leaves centers in Northern Virginia, including Ashburn, Reston, Chantilly, Tysons Corner, and Alexandria
. You’ll step in when teams need extra support such as during parental leave coverage, new center launches, or periods of rapid growth.

You’ll always have a designated home center for administrative roots. Each assignment lasts between 4‑12 weeks.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You…
  • Enjoy variety and adapting to new teams
  • Build rapport quickly and like coaching others
  • Want broader clinical exposure and leadership growth
  • Are comfortable with some travel and change
This Role May Not Be a Fit If You…
  • Prefer staying in one center long‑term
  • Need a highly predictable, fixed routine
  • Feel stressed by frequent transitions
  • Are seeking a remote or low‑travel role
Grow your career. Make an impact. Love where you work.
