This is a full-time Behavior Consultant (BCBA) position located in Oklahoma City, OK, with opportunities for remote work as part of a hybrid model. The Behavior Consultant will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing training to staff and caregivers, and delivering one-on-one or group behavioral interventions. The role involves collaborating with clients, families, schools, and organizations to achieve measurable outcomes, ensuring the application of best practices in ABA.
The consultant will also contribute to maintaining data-driven reports and participate in organizational improvement initiatives.
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including the design and implementation of evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Strong knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Behavior Modification strategies
- Foundational knowledge in Psychology and Behavioral Health principles as applicable to ABA
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients, teams, and families
- Board Certification as a BCBA is required
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and data analysis skills for tracking behavioral progress and outcomes
- Prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments and staff training is highly valued
